28 MAR 2022 · Sometimes, I really just enjoy having the “average joe” on the show! Jonathan Ochoa is a real, simple guy with a hell of a story! I enjoyed learning about his past, his failed football career, and how it all leads up to him training at Blitz MMA under some of the greatest in town! While not quite “amateur” just yet, he’s got real dreams to be in the same league of his peers and I personally think he’s on the correct path! As someone who’s been on media the last 6+ years, I always kinda looked up to Ann Harder in terms of speech, poise, professionalism and more! We all grew up watching this Central Texas goddess on the local news, and so the fact that I had the opportunity to interview her on my show STILL is giving me chills. After 90 episodes of The Public Affair, I have to say this one made me the most nervous for sure! I’m eternally grateful that this woman took the time to come on my show and give us a little journey through her successful career!

From dealing drugs, being an addict, and spending some years in prison to owning several businesses and raising a family, Juliana Resendez is a force to be reckoned with and isn’t going to let anyone get in her way! Another reason why I appreciate this episode so much is because Juliana and I definitely got off on the wrong foot some time ago. We took a different approach with this episode, being that this gorgeous real estate mogul has this “calm” and “radiant” presence when she enters the room, followed by a very classy poise! Anel did not shy away from telling us the personal struggles her family had to endure, and how it drove her to be as successful as she is today with the Perales Home Selling Team! The #1 Female Agent at Keller Williams graced us with her presence to give us her perspective of todays real estate market, and how her team forms together to help anyone find their dream home! I absolutely enjoyed the opportunity to sit with this woman!

28 FEB 2022 · I remember when I first spoke to Luis, who had sponsored some earlier episodes of The Public Affair with Red Rhino Flooring, he told me he didn’t think he would be able to provide a good episode. He felt like he would be “boring” and not have a lot to talk about. BROOOOOO!!!! Luis came on and gave us ALL the real sh** that happens behind closed doors, both personally and professionally! For a man who immigrated here from Mexico, and runs his own successful business, Luis has all the room to speak his mind, and he did so on this platform! 21 FEB 2022 · A socialite, and tattoo artist, a painter, and a SKUMBAG!!!! So many people told me I had to have Skcoob on The Public Affair and, as always, they were right!!! This guy really takes life by the reigns and goes in full throttle! I enjoyed learning about his life growing up, his time behind bars, and more! Also, we got each other some exxxtra fun gifts! This man of many talents was definitely a joy to have on the show!

14 FEB 2022 · This may be the most HILARIOUS episode of The Public Affair to date!!! I met Xavier some years ago and hit it off with him ever since! A lot of people in town hit up Xavier to coordinate their events like their quinceañeras and weddings. I knew that when I invited him on the show to talk about his success with LCI Waco Events, he was going to be as eccentric and extra as I always known him to be! I am so glad he came on and did not bite his tongue!

7 FEB 2022 · This woman.... She is a warrior, a survivor, a goddess! I remember a lot of people here in Waco telling me that she had a great story to tell, and that was quite the understatement! From being a single teen mom, walking to work, section 8 housing, a suicide attempt and more, Rosalinda has truly been through it all! She hopes her story will reach out to other young women and men who are going through something similar, and know there is a light at the end of the tunnel! From all that, to eventually running the juggernaut that is Rosalinda's Insurance Agency, she is one hell of a woman!

Holly is a local country music QUEEN who made her breakthrough on Season 4 of the hit show on NBC, The Voice! I had a great conversation with her about her time on the show, her musical come up, her own personal thoughts on the direction her career is going, and more! Holly gave us some music "industea", and even sang her hit single "Rhythm of You" live on the show! I am so honored to have had this beautiful soul on the show!

I reached out to him when I saw that he had been about 2 or 3 years sober from alcohol, and I was trying to get an old friend on the same road. Since then, I have seen this guy single handedly try to give back to his community, just because! I always admired his energy and optimism however, we never had the opportunity to sit and chop it up... until now! This episode of The Public Affair is all the vibes, and I am so happy that Juan agreed to come on and share his story!
