6 APR 2023 · Mr. Willie Lyles is the Director of Safety and Mission Assurance for NASA's Johnson Space Center. As Director, he manages a staff of 500 civil servants and contractors. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing Institutional safety activities for JSC’s more than 11,000 civil service and contractor employees and directs the safety and mission assurance activities for all human space flight programs and projects assigned to JSC. This includes the International Space Station (ISS), Commercial Crew, Orion, Gateway and other programs and projects in support of space exploration. Mr. Lyles shared what it is like working for NASA, some of the projects he has been apart of and how much he enjoys mentoring the youth. She was just on the Sherri Shepherd Show in February and was honored for Black History Month. Kei-Touch celebrated her as the 1ST Black Woman Impressionist AND the 1ST Black Woman Writer for SNL! They talked about a few of her historical moments and her play The Return of Jackie Moms Mabley. The Legendary and EXTRAordinary Sylvia Traymore Morrison is truly American History in the making! Born and raised in Washington D.C., as a child she loved to sing. She realized she could also impersonate and that would help set her apart from other singers, that it did. Her life had an amazing trajectory from the Miss Black America Contest to performing USO tours overseas for our troops, to comedic legend Redd Foxx becoming her first manager, then being asked to asked to host a Roast of the Champ, for greatest heavyweight boxer, Muhammad Ali at the legendary Apollo Theater! Sylvia was offered a position as an associate-writer for, Saturday Night Live; she also toured and opened for the late Whitney Houston in multiple cities. Appropriately, Sylvia became an author and released her first book, based on her true life story, entitled "Almost There, Almost...The Many Faces of Sylvia Traymore Morrison." 7 APR 2023 · The Outlet with Kei-Touch enjoyed guest Monica Reid, President of the Armani Network. The Armani Network educates families on Emergency Preparedness. The recent natural disasters have exposed that families may be without electricity or be unable to leave the home for days. The critical tools highlighted were families having a communication plan, evacuation plan, necessary supplies for shelter in place and much more. Monica also shared she discovered the value of meditation while battling Lupus. It was so beneficial that she now holds meditation workshops to assist others.
