16 OCT 2019 · Have you ever thought, how do I stop doing something that I'm addicted to, and how the hell do I even do it. What if you didn't do it. What if you just stopped doing it, how will you feel, and why don't we just change the autopilot things we do everyday. If its eating, smoking, coffee, spending etc, what ever it is what if you just didn't do it.
