  • The Metro Buzz Welcomes Back Dan Burkard Founder MENU and Co-Creator of @wickedtasty

14 MAR 2022 · We had a great conversation with Dan Burkard Founder MENU and Co-Creator of @wickedtasty on The Metro Buzz. We talked about many things from business, family, sacrifices, doing the right thing as a business owner, he told some great stories to a whole lot more! MENU, a digital platform helping restaurants boost sales using photos and digital menus is expanding into the following cities below and introducing their technology tools to new markets across the Southeast. With this expansion, MENU will be releasing a new user interface to simplify their partners' menu management experience and improve guest-facing menus. The backend of the platform will offer a new item management dashboard, allowing restaurants to make updates to their menu from one screen with minimal clicks. The frontend QR menu display will have an upgrade to their unique "picture first" menu to feature larger images and show more of the pictures. Dan Burkard, Founder of MENU and Co-Creator of @wickedtasty says, “As we release new features based on feedback from our current partners and their in-house guests, we are targeting new cities that mirror the demographic and business profile of Nashville. We are choosing to invest in cities with a growing population of young professionals and a vibrant culinary and bar scene.” As opposed to traditional paper menus, QR codes, and other touch-free versions, MENU’s interactive platform allows restaurants to customize their offerings in real-time so guests have an easy-to-view and visually appealing way to see what is available at that very time.

Upon opening its doors in the heart of Nashville, Peg Leg Porker was quickly named one of the hottest BBQ Joints in the country by numerous media outlets including Food Network , The Travel Channel, BBC , Southern Living Magazine Texas Monthly, GQ,, Garden & Gun Magazine and many more. Bringle’s second and much anticipated concept, Bringle’s Smoking Oasis, offers the smoke of the Southwest! The menu is stocked with smoked brisket, ever-famous pulled pork, a Bringle version of beef ribs, and an array of those can’t miss homemade sides like Mexican Street corn, chorizo queso, and Texas-style baked beans.
