Toby Miller is the Director of the Race and Cultural Relations Leadership Network and the Executive Director of One Heart Indiana, a state-wide mentor program for at-risk and formerly incarcerated youth. Additionally, Mr. Miller is a Principal with Peelian Community Solutions, an enterprise impacting police/community relations, race relations, and effective civic engagement. His history includes management experience with UPS, and executive level leadership of an elder care and life management company with his mother. Mr. Miller has worked in the space of community institution development including: African American Legacy Fund, African Americans in Gerontology, CRT Nation, Community Resource Team/Community Resource District Councils (Indianapolis), and the Know The Codes (sm). Mr. Miller has administrative and leadership experience in various community planning and development initiatives including Vision Indianapolis Tomorrow, Indianapolis Plan 2020: Bicentennial Cultural Competence Committee, and the Indianapolis Cultural Trail.
