Florencio Guevara was born in New York City’s borough of The Bronx, in 1946. His parents were born in Puerto Rico. He has been happily married since 1977 and has two daughters and four grandchildren. He is legally blind, diabetes having claimed his peripheral vision. Besides his native New York, Florencio has lived in Puerto Rico, Miami, and is currently in Kissimmee, Florida’s Polk County area.
