Hi, My name is Basil Green and I am the owner of Lechem Motivations (Pty) Ltd. We the soft skills education company for youth who want education that equips them with the right knowledge, skills, and attitudes to succeed in a competitive working environment and life.
My past experience in the world of work, my (formal and informal) learning, and research have allowed me to see a gap in the market so I ventured into the above-mentioned type of business. When I was employed outside of Lechem Motivations, I worked in the following roles:
- Telesales Agent (Call Centre)
- Quality Assurance Analyst (Call Centre)
- Lead Generation Agent (Call Centre)
- Customer Service Representative(Call Centre)
- Reactivations Agent (Call Centre)
- Freelance Training Facilitator (Non Profit Organisation)
- Point Person & Training Facilitator (Non Profit Organisation)
- Training Co-ordinator (Business Incubator)
I have also worked as a volunteer Facilitator (Non Profit Organisation), Speaker (University and Non Profit Organisation), and Youth Leader (Church). I have been an entrepreneur for 8 years now. This has been one of the most rewarding journeys for me. My work experience and learning has allowed me to transfer my skills and package them as services for my clients and target audience. Below is a short list of my transferrable skills

Interview with "Shake It Don't Break It" Dance Competition Organisers
27 APR 2024 · In today's episode Prophet Basil Green interviews three young men who decided to take leadership in their community. These men came together to create a dance competition for young people. Their desire is to see the youth stay away from distractions. The dance competition has a grand prize of R 10 000.00 for the group that wins. This episode was done after the dancers danced in the pre-selection leg of the competition. On 31 May 2024 there will be a final part where the groups will compete for the grand prize. The groups proved to the organisers that have what it takes to compete in the finals.
