  • EP 043: Dr Lynne - Ending a Relationship From a Place of Love

26 JAN 2022 · Ending a intimate relationship does not have to be a extremely, maybe even traumatic, experience! Contary to what our society and culture wants us to believe, it is possible to move through the relationship ending process from a place of love, rather than from a place of fear. Our society has been sending us the message, through media, movies, stories, and music, that it is ‘normal’ to hurt your ex-partner. We have been feed the idea that we have to divorce not only our ex spouse, but the family members you have built a relationship with. That is very sad. • EP 036: Nicole Santiago: The Universe did not Resist

13 OCT 2021 · This is an incredibly special episode because it is with an incredibly special person in my life—my daughter Nicole. I have wanted to interview her for a while now. As I watch her travel her Becoming Path I have witnessed wonderful examples of “Manifestation” and “Creative Visualization”. Also examples of what it means to feel fear yet move forward anyway, following what resonates. Nicole had already created a life she wanted by living, working, and playing in Ybor City, Florida. She enjoyed the life she was living, having experiences that were important and necessary for her growth. But she knew she wanted more, something different. So, four years ago she quit the job she loved, moved out of the home she loved, and said her ‘good-byes’ to her family and friends. She gave away or sold ALL her belongs and got on a plane to Seattle with two suitcases. She tells us how, though hard at times, it all seemed “effortless” and fell into place with ease. Nicole says, “the Universe did not resist”. Check out Nicole’s Etsy Shop where you will find tees, sweatshirts, other apparel with graphics she created herself. You can get a few “I got my COVID-19 Vaccine” button pins that were featured in several magazines. • EP 035: Melissa Quaye: Healing Through Our Heresy

7 OCT 2021 · Melissa is a mythopoetic writer and storyteller. What does that have to do with AlwaysBecoming? Melissa shares how myth gives us the language to find meaning in our lives and help us keep grow into who we are. Melissa has a wealth of knowledge about Carl Jung and shares what she thinks Jung would say if asked the question “Are we Always Becoming”. There is a chapter in Melissa’s Becoming Story where she started to question deeply engrained religious teachings, the very things she was told she could not question. Eventually she and her husband decided to leave Jehovah’s Witnesses, and suffered the consequences of losing their families . It takes courage to challenge your beliefs and follow your truth. Melissa Quaye is, in deed, incredibly courageous. • EP 034: Simona Dharma Devi: Finding the Source of Your Power

29 SEP 2021 · Get ready for an enlightening history lesson about the origins of ancient sacred dance. I first met Simona earlier in the year when I was on a search for something different. Some practice that incorporated mindfulness but was not your standard meditation practice or yoga practice. My husband was diagnosed with end stage liver disease and there were many times when it seemed we were going to lose him. I was filled with the intense, extremely uncomfortable, energy of fear, anxiety, even anger and I needed a way to release the energy and find peace with what was happening. Simona shares her knowledge of how sacred dance started, not as a form of entertainment, but as a way of uplifting the human soul, create healing and transformation. She shares how sacred dance is “a way to feel the connection to, what we call today, the Divine”. Simona is a true blessing in my life. Someone that I believe I was guided to by something much greater than myself. You can learn more about Simona, sacred dance, Kundilini Rhythms Dance, and even participate in her lessons by doing a YouTube search of “Simona Dharma Devi”. What do you think?
Are you Always Becoming?
How would you finish this statement: “I AM . . . “

Are you a product of ‘nurture’ or ‘nature’?
Or, do you believe you are a “spiritual being having a human experience”?
Do you believe in a innate, natural drive to always be growing, toward self-actualization?

Do you have both a “real Self” and a “false Self”, or even multiple Selves?

Or, one Self, mostly, if not solely, a product of genes, heredity, and DNA?

Since a young child, I have had an interest in Psychology – which translates to Study of the Soul, but tends to refer to “personality”. My quest for knowledge in understanding the “I” in “I AM” is as strong as ever. And, I’m not the only one!

For centuries philosophers, theologians, mythologist, spiritual teachers, along with psychologists, have been on a quest for knowledge of Self, in search of the answers to: “Who Am I?” and “Are we Always Becoming?”

Join Dr. Lynne & Roene and their guests as they explore these two questions. And be inspired by the personal Becoming stories told by guests who share the risks and the challenges, the successes and the letdowns, the joys and the heartaches they experienced while on their own Becoming journey.
