But one of the most common phase in our life which we dont want to experience by ourself and by others, LONELINESS. Either you might be a youngster who's gonna start your life or a older one who led his life to the fullest. This loneiness will affect people of all age factors. The only medicine for this issue will be, moral support. You can be a family, friend, acquaintance. Just lend your ears for the lonely person to make sure that you are here for them. In this podcast I've thrown some lights on lonelyness for elderly. Which is most commonly unnoticed but can cause severe damage.
