    7 JUL 2021 · You’re emotions don’t get you in trouble; it’s how you react from your emotions that cause trouble. In this video, I briefly explain why suppressing your emotions isn’t a healthy habit as it can cause and create a lack of intimacy with self and can create thoughts that lead to low self esteem, lack of confidence and self worth. Imagine when you suppress something you in other words holdback. That is what you are doing, holding your emotions back causing yourself to feel overwhelmed. If you don’t release them, where do they go? You can’t see oxygen, but you still have to release oxygen in order to properly breathe. Pent up emotions manifest itself in multiple ways; stress, illness, etc. Tip: Process your emotions. How: one tool I enjoy using to process my emotions is journaling. I love journaling. Its apart of my daily self care routine. I spend time with me, intentionally. Journaling leads me to clarity. My thoughts become expansive. I’m building intimacy with myself; as I prioritize myself for these few minutes a day. It’s really an amazing process to see what your thoughts, look like on paper….days, months and years later. To begin to pay attention to the thoughts you are creating…..✨ Lastly, Emotions were given to people for a reason. It’s how you use your emotions to impact yourself and others in a positive way or not that matter.     Trying to fit in

    2 JUL 2021 · Today I’m reflecting back over a time when I felt lonely and extremely misunderstood. I was struggling to connect with people. I explain how I came to clarity and overcame my fears of being hurt, judged and rejected. How my fears projected through my behavior and recycled past experiences as i unconsciously acted from a fearful place. I didn’t realize I was the root of my own problem. I came to know, that I have to be and give what I want to receive from others. I have to be the level of stature i desire to attract in every area of life. For example, Its difficult to build authentic, healthy relationships, when you are not operating from a place of vulnerability and authenticity; but rather from a place of fear and disingenuous ( unease, skepticism, uncertainty) people at times can pick up on your vibration, inauthenticity, people can sense your resistance. You want trust, but you’re suspicious 🤨 …… You want light, but won’t put in the effort to move out of a dark place🤨….. Life and people don’t cater to the lessons you choose Not to learn, but respond to us based on who we show ourselves to be. Once the lesson is learned. You move with confidence knowing you’ve learned and can apply the knowledge you’ve learned the next time around. Therefore you do not have to make the same mistake. Honestly, how many times have you really studied for a test or put effort into something and didn’t benefit from that work?? This area of life isn’t any different. Trust yourself again. It was just an experience. A moment. Life has ups and downs. The only things that flat line are dead things. What if 😃 It’s not that you are lonely, it’s that you are not valuing the time you have with yourself or managing time efficiently now. Learning is acquired knowledge. The doctor is a doctor because she/he had the discipline to go to school to gain the degree of completion in that field. My name is Lo. I am a life coach with a niche in spirituality and relationships, who self healed after a mentally and emotionally damaging divorce and a variety of trust issues rooted in fear and unworthiness.
