    4 JUN 2019 · Episode 26 I sit down with Virginia Beach Firefighter and commercial real estate agent Jon Elliott. Jon has been a firefighter and real estate agent since the age of 19, also the age he purchased his first home! Jon has extensive knowledge on both the loan and real estate business and enjoys his employment at NAI Dominion. After gaining an array of experience in the residential real estate market as a mortgage banker, investor, and landlord, Jon became interested in learning more about the commercial side of real estate. He spent a great amount of time researching, interviewing, and networking within the commercial industry and came to the conclusion that it fit his wants and needs, so he returned to Alpha College of Real Estate and obtained his real estate license. Soon after, he joined a local firm and closed over $4.3 million in sales and leases during his first calendar year. Following that year, he was offered the opportunity to join NAI Dominion, where he has continued his representation of both landlords and tenants. Jon learned from a early age of 16 that personal growth is important and overcoming obstacles was the key to his steady success.

Ionic Dezigns has done over 2000 projects around the the US, he and his team have designed the Navy Federal Credit Union branch offices and a number of the newly remolded Wendy's fast food restaurants you see around Hampton Roads. Eugene is a diabetic who started running to help his blood sugar. The lifestyle change helped regulate the diabetes so now he runs to share with others bringing awareness about diabetes. Eugene has completed 43 marathons in the last 5-1/2 years in 19 different states. Now has his own Brand 'Run Eugene Run' Where he hopes to run 7 marathons in 7 days.
