Libby (she/her) is a civil servant living and working in Colorado, deeply committed to using the tools of public policy to make life better for all of us, especially marginalized and low-income individuals. She loves trail running, yoga, climbing, dancing (generally moving her body outside!), being queer, and creating connections and fostering community wherever she goes. These days, Libby has more questions than answers and values the opportunity to sink into deep, reflective conversation with people from all walks of life -- or sometimes just her journal.     3 MAY 2023 · In this solo episode, I get into why I was initially inspired to try a Dopamine Cleanse and how that cleanse went for me. I also talk about the depression that I went through over the winter, and some things that may have sparked or been a factor in that. I also discuss my Hashimoto's and how that plays into the depression that I've experienced in my life. [05:00] I mention the book Dopamine Nation - which originally inspired my dopamine cleanse.     Navigating Anxiety & Getting Candid with Friends Annie & Nicole

    2 DEC 2022 · Today I give you all a quick personal update touching on my current state of mental health and some changes I’m going through right now. In this episode, I interview one of my best friends from high school, Annie Garrity and her sister in law to-be Nicole Skudin. We discuss everything from how Annie and I initially got close in high school, how they each met their partners and then go into depth on the topic of anxiety.
