As we digest these statistics, we must ask ourselves: how many of these killers are white men? Two recent stories out of Columbus and Milwaukee showcase the heartbreaking reality faced by Black women - including the senseless death of 61-year-old Lo-Lita Hall and 19-year-old Saaday Robinson. We must demand justice and fight for change so that Black women no longer fear becoming another statistic.
