Why is is so difficult for many people to say "no?" There are a couple of reasons why this would be the case:
1. Fear of Rejection
2. The Who, Why, Emotional/Feeling (Who's asking? Why you feel compelled to say yes, and the emotion/feeling of your response.)
Hopefully, today's show will provide you with some insight into how to give the response that works best for you, and not give into responses that would cause stress or anxiety.
