In dieser Folge des New Monday Digest bietet sie uns spannende Einblicke in ihren Arbeitsalltag, erläutert die neuen Arbeitskonzepte im wohl modernsten Bürogebäude Berlins und hat ganz nebenbei noch hilfreiche Tipps für alle die, die erfolgreich Veränderungsprozesse antreiben wollen. ---------------------------------------------------- Hier kommen unsere Key Learnings aus unserem Gespräch mit Johanna: 1) Die richtigen Grundlagen schaffen: Ein ganz klares Mandat abholen. Der Auftrag muss von der Geschäftsführung kommen damit offiziell festgelegt werden kann wer die Verantwortung trägt. Am besten ist es natürlich, wenn eine offene und transparente Kommunikationskultur herrscht damit man frei kommunizieren kann. 2) Kommunikation ist key - immer, auf allen Kanälen, mit allen betroffenen Mitarbeitern kommunizieren. 3) Change muss greifbar sein, auch in einer Person. Change ist ein emotionales Thema. Umso wichtiger ist es authentisch und offen zu kommunizieren und vor allem nahbar sein und ansprechbar zu sein. 4) Es gibt kein One Size fits all. Unterschiedliche Teile im Unternehmen bewegen sich unterschiedlich schnell. Darauf muss man sich einstellen und deswegen nicht nur die First Mover und Early Adopters bedienen sondern auch Konzepte erstellen für die, die etwas länger brauchen 5) Geduld! Direkt mal darauf einstellen: Irgendwas wird immer schief gehen und das Meiste lässt sich nicht einfach von heute auf morgen umsetzen. Vertrau den Prozessen und gib ihnen ihre Zeit. Manchmal ist es ok, Dinge an die Wand fahren zu lassen.

Find your people to talk and inspire each other. 2) Be brave - go exploring events and places that are different from what you already know, be independent and have an entrepreneurial approach to ideas and opportunities 3) Be a visionary - If you are lacking a visionary in your company, maybe you have to become one. Find a purpose - The visionary alone can’t do all the work. Find a purpose and act according to it to drive change from within. Define your values and act according to them. Focus on who you want to be and how you want to do things in the future. Step by step Break your tasks down into chunks to make realistic estimations and find out what is actually achievable. Think in days rather than weeks. Give yourself the time you need. Work smarter, not harder. Empty your plate. Delegate if possible. It’s better to have only a few things done well than many done badly. Underdeliver and overperform. You will be more efficient and feel more accomplished. Try the Window of Life technique every day to set your priorities and focus on the right things at the right time. ---------------------------------------------------- First things first Helping others is nice but we have to be careful not to give away too much of our time. If you serve yourself first, you will be even more able to serve others. Practice a growth mindset. Nothing is certain until it happens. Only what’s right now is important. Go with the flow, focus on what you can actually control. Don’t tell yourself you can’t to things, you will overlook valuable opportunities. Ask yourself HOW to do them.
