Here, Michelle Lucas, the editor is interviewed by one of the contributors to the book, Clare Norman. Michelle shares how she came to write the book and what she has learnt through writing it. The book is intended as inspiration for other supervisors to deepen and broaden their repetoire and for supervisees to take an informed approach to how they might extend the scope of the supervision they receive. As Clare discusses the book with Michelle, she highlights how she hopes people will use the book as an inspiration for their own practice.
