    23 DEC 2018 · Special thanks to Nick Florido for the $30 Today I share how I was doing everything I was supposed to do I: Drink 60-80 oz of water Get seven hours of sleep a night Eat less than 2000 calories Get 60 minutes of exercise or 10,000 steps and yet the scale didn't move. In fact, in some days the scale went up. I was furious, and frustrate and I wanted to quit, but I didn't. I'm glad I didn't Today I woke up and I hit my goal. I focused on doing all the right things that lead to weight loss instead of the skill. On the Biggest Loser they had a saying, “Trust the process” and in this case I did Inspirational Quote about Not Giving Up “Character consists of what you do on the third and fourth tries.” -James A.
