11 JUN 2021 · Our true identity is that we are created in the Image & Likeness of the Triune God who is a Relational Being. We are fundamentally relational. Created to Reflect His Glory but we Replaced the Glory of God for idols. Idolatry subverts and replaces who we really are. Like the twins known as the Prince and the Pauper who were switched at birth. We live like Paupers when really we are Image bearers of the Eternal God. This is what is wrong with the world-Idolatry.

Following the first Key Question that every Worldview has to answer in order to be credible, logically coherent, consistent, valid, and liveable...Where did the Universe come, so every Worldview has to answer....What is wrong with the world

12 FEB 2021 · Inner City Blues by Jazz singer Gil Scott Heron sang of people living in ghettoes. In Genesis 1 there is a sudden disruptive chang of language in order to get our attention. God suddenly consults Himself within His Triune Being and says 'Let Us Make Man in our own Image and Likeness'. He then gives them a Creation Mandate to cultivate and develop creation into human culture that is to reflect the character of God. We came from the Dust, and were given Dominion, to cultivate creation. The word 'culture' means worship but human beings either worship the Creator God or they worship something within creation. This means there is nothing neutral in creation. There are many creational structures that God has established in creation but there are only two directions that human beings are oriented toward. The kind of culture that human beings create reveals what they worship.

11 FEB 2021 · That's just the way it is, but don't you believe them' sang Bruce Hornsby back in the late 80s. Evolution says we came from Nothing, are going to Nothing, the implication being that we must be Nothing and that's just the way it is. But don't you believe them because Genesis 1v1 states that History has a beginning point in time and that time itself has a beginning. Human beings are the very height of God's creation. We were made to reflect His Glory.

Well this is about The Transforming Story that is not a whisper but shouts loudly 'The Heavens declare the Glory of God. Creation, Fall, Redemption and Restoration/Consummation make up the Transforming Story that corresponds with all reality as it really is. Every one has a story, including every nation and every culture. The Question is 'Which Story is True' and corresponds with reality. This project has 4 chapters. This is chapter 1 about Creation.

5 JUN 2020 · The 20th century it is argued was the most violent in human history. There were more people killed in the 20th century than any other. And yet here is the sophisticated, scientific and technological Western world still trying to work out what it means to be human. This is where the ekklesia of God can offer the most substantial input...human beings are created in the image and likeness of a relational God.
