She shares how she discovered yoga, describes what it's like to be at the intersection of her identity as a black woman who is a yogi, and discusses the health benefits of yoga and meditation. Because she is a generous queen, she shares a 5 minutes breathing exercise that can practiced anywhere or anytime you need some centering and relaxation.
