Mike discusses corruption in the government with Bills of Attainders, the judges and the police. The concept of being Sovereign and owning your own court is also explored. Mike explicates the importance of the individual to act as his or her own agent of freedom with a brief overview on a writ of Mandamus, Referendums, Initiatives and Prohibition. Mike encourages everyone to obtain and read Black Stones Commentaries, Vattel’s Law of Nations, Bouvier’s law Dictionary and Black Law Dictionary and distinguish yourselves from the average slave. Mike also distinguishes the difference in defining a pro se litigator, from an “Attornatus Privatus” to a private attorney. He briefs over the difference in positioning yourself in either the common law courts and the Federal courts.
