27 JUN 2017 · In the run up to the Times International Conference on Ease of Doing Business in Real Estate 2017 we bring you the basic structure of the new law which encompasses all housing and commercial projects in the country. The Central law was passed in the Parliament. The states have to frame RERA rules in conformity wit the central law even while taking their regional dynamics into consideration. Maharashtra was the first state to have passed the law and the conference in Mumbai in August this year will deal with all aspects of real estate project management in the wake of the new law.
