Elisabeth spent the 20 years prior to Holistic Caring in operations, service, and sales management of several health insurance carriers and believes cannabinoid medicine offers our best chance at healing, comfort, and wholeness in a more holistic, economical, and empowering way. She earned an MBA in Healthcare Administration, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, and a Bachelor of Arts in psychology. She is a member of the Society of Cannabis Clinicians, the American Cannabis Nurses Association, and the board of San Diego Women Grow.

As a Registered Nurse for 14 years, in Critical Care as a Designated Charge Nurse of a Critical Care unit managing patients and staff, and RN in Cardiac Procedures, She witnessed the effects of modern living and prescription drugs have had on the body. Meghan knew there had to be a better way to heal and treat patients. That when she began educating herself and exploring other treatment modalities. Through these experiences, she shifted her focus to Holistic therapies including yoga and Ayurvedic applications with emphasis on the Endocannabinoid System. Currently advocating and educating patients and potential clients in Cannabis Nursing and Therapies as the body has an endocannabinoid system regulating and maintaining homeostasis throughout the body.
