... e così ho fatto: questo primo episodio, infatti, è in realtà pensato per essere l'ultimo. E' l'obiettivo da raggiungere: autopubblicare il mio libro innanzitutto in italiano, ma poi anche in inglese, solo grazie al contributo di chi, ascoltando questo podcast, avrà capito che non si tratterà semplicemente di un libro, della storia di un mio cambiamento, bensì della storia di un cambiamento che può essere scritto SOLO ASSIEME.
Il futuro di tutti dipende dalle scelte che ciascuno di noi compie nel presente.

... and so I did: this first episode, indeed, is actually meant to be the last one. It's the target to aim to: self-publishing my book, initially in Italian, but then in English as well, only thanks to the contributions of those who, listening to this podcast, will have understood that it won't simply be a book, the story of my change, but the story of a change that can be written ONLY TOGETHER.
The future of all depends on the decisions each of us makes in the present.

Integrerò l'episodio correggendo piccoli errori che Kevin potrebbe aver compiuto mentre improvvisava e aggiungendo quelle vitali informazioni che aveva intenzione di comunicarvi, ma che poi o si è dimenticato o semplicemente non ha avuto tempo a sufficienza per dirvi, poverino...
Errori di quest'episodio:
- subito dopo aver sottolineato l'importanza dell'uguaglianza di genere, quello sbadato ha detto unicamente "Benvenuti" e non anche "Benvenute". No comment!
- con tutta probabilità la parola "Quindi" è stata utilizzata per cominciare una frase almeno 89 volte durante la puntata. Kevin mi ha garantito che farà meglio la prossima volta.
- nonostante la promessa fosse di farvi trovare un link dal nome "Guardate nei link", lo sprovveduto ignorava che ciò non è possibile su Spreaker. Ho rimediato ponendo il link dopo la frase "Guardate nei link" più sotto... Sono anche una finestra di descrizione molto creativa, lo so.
Integrazioni all'episodio:
- come il prolisso giovane stava cercando di dire, c'è un altro motivo per cui questo podcast è bilingue (ce ne sono due, a dir la verità):
1. libro che sta scrivendo - dice - è stato profondamente ispirato dall'autore inglese John Strelecky e ci terrebbe davvero molto che egli lo sapesse. Ma come? O questo podcast arriva sino alle sue orecchie o sarà il libro a giungere nelle sue mani. E perché questa seconda via sia percorribile, Kevin dovrà trovare ascoltatori bilingue che si rendano disponibili ad offrire il loro aiuto;
2. è un modo per gli italiani per ascoltare un po' di inglese e per gli inglesi di ascoltare un po' di italiano

Mistakes of this episode:
- Kevin must have used the word "So" to begin an English sentence at list 47 times. He promised he'll do better next time;
- although he promised that you would find here a link called "Look into the links", the know-it-all wasn't aware that such thing isn't feasible. I remedied by placing the link after the sentence "Look into the links" down below... I am also a very creative description box, I know;
- the verb "to integrate" was mistakenly used instead of the verb "to supplement". Apologies!
Supplementations to this episode:
- since Kevin didn't sound sure at all, I double checked and the right pronounciation of the word "bilingual" is https://www.wordreference.com/enit/bilingual.
- as the long-winded guy was trying to say, there's one more reason for this podcast being bilingual (there are two, actually):
1. the book he is writing - he says - has been profoundly inspired by the author John Strelecky and he would love him to know that. But how? Well, either this podcast will get to his hears or the book must arrive into his hands. And for this second option to apply, he'll need to find bilingual listeners willing to give him a helping hand;
2. it's a way for Italian speaking people to listen to some English and for English speaking people to listen to some Italian!

A parte il fatto che è stata una puntata un po' alla Piero Angela, direi che Kevin se l'è cavata meglio della scorsa volta. Pertanto, ho deciso di aiutare la sua causa, propondendovi un estratto dal testo "Il caffè alla fine del mondo" di J. Strelecky, che credo possa facilitare la comprensione del concetto di collaborazione che il biondo ha in testa:
"Hai mai sentito parlare dell'esponenzialità della comunicazione?"
"Non mi pare. Me la spieghi?"
"Ti faccio un esempio. Tu dici una cosa a qualcuno, e lo convinci a dirla ad altri, che si convinceranno a dirla ad altri ancora. Ed ecco che il messaggio arriva a molta più gente di quella a cui hai parlato tu."

"Esattamente. Il concetto è lo stesso. Ora mettiamo che tu parli di una cosa che stai cercando di fare, e che ti aiuterebbe a concretizzare il tuo Scopo Di Esistenza. Lo dici a dieci persone, ognuna delle quali lo dice ad altre dieci, e così via. Ecco che ti ritrovi con un bel po' di gente che potrebbe darti una mano."

For one time I want to start from congratulating myself with Kevin, for the audio quality has defintely improved: keep going! Nevertheless, the part where "BOO" speaks has now become somewhat unintelligible (making it even hard to spot the word "headache" in there); I hope you can sort that out as well.

You know when they say that solved one issue, a new one immediately appears? Well, Kevin, I think you're fitting right into this saying: on one side "P"s and "T"s aren't a problem anymore, but know it ssssemssss asss though there'ssss a ssssnake talking in the microphone!
You were doing very well mistakes wise this time until almost the end when you sort of did one after the other... It must have been the heat of the attic, mustn't it?
- I have noticed that it is often hard to distinguish between the word "this" and "these": pay attention to it!;
- "Oh, Kevin do you know what the first word of your CHILD was today?" (and not CHILDREN!);
- "... in order to give to my children a world better than the one I have lived IN" (and not "I have lived TO").
"... our future depends on the choices each of us MAKES/TAKES..." (and not "each of us does...").
