1 OCT 2016 · In the beginning was the Word; God spoke forth insects, mountains, & birds. He spoke forth creatures of land and sea. Whatever He declared came instantly. God's word produced the moon and stars. It produced planets like Venus and Mars. Life came forth at God's command; The power of words was given to man. Death and life are within the tongue. Our words can influence our daughters & sons. Our words can influence our emotional health. Our words can influence our destiny and wealth. God will judge every word we speak. Are you speaking words of fear & defeat? Are you speaking words of hope or hate? Are you critical of every little mistake? What's the motive behind what you say? Do you use your words to heal or slay? Are your words of praise fake or real? Do you speak everything your flesh feels? Words can be exciting and fun. Words can cause you to fight or run. What's in the heart, the mouth will speak; Day after day and week after week. Do your words reflect God's joy and love? Are they from hell below or heaven above? Are your words manipulative & demanding? Are you speaking God's wisdom and understanding? Hurtful words between a husband and wife can fill a home w/ bitterness & strife. Words that cut to the very bone; Tender hearts turn hard as stone. 4 BULLETS Your words were bullets, your mouth a gun. They pierced my soul, I was hurt; stunned! There was no mercy on your face; No sign of remorse...not a trace. The destructive words of your mouth flowed east, west, north, & south. Like a tidal wave they came, accusing and slandering my innocent name. Against my enemy I've placed a guard, Like a fence surrounding a prison yard. They look for ways to stab my back; I guard myself against their attacks. I expect my enemy to cause me pain. I expect my enemy to slander my name. But when I call you brother or friend I have no guard; I allow you in. The things we shared in privacy, You openly exposed for all to see. You raped me of my dignity. You did more harm than my enemy. How can you preach? How can you sing; Knowing you did this dreadful thing? How can you bow your head and pray? How can you pretend everything's o.k.? Praise and cursing from the same mouth? 26 APR 2014 · The Father Of Lies “You shall not surely die!" God has spoken a lie. You shall not suffer and have any pain. You don't have to sacrifice in order to gain. It doesn't matter how you behave; “Once saved, always saved." You can gossip, curse, and drink in bars. Heaven will accept you as you are. Don’t worry about a little leaven! Everybody dies and goes to heaven. As a matter of fact, There is no God, there is no hell; So enjoy yourselves! If you don’t wanna go to church, Stay at home! What will it hurt? Relax! Slow down! You got plenty of time. Procrastination.......that ain't no crime! The devil, he's just a myth. He isn't real! He don't exist! My feelings for you are very strong. Sex before marriage......that ain't wrong! No one tells me what to do. I don’t need any advice from you or you! I’m doing just fine by myself! I can buy what I want with my wealth. My parents just don’t understand! I’m fifteen........I’m a man! Why do I need a silly curfew? What harm will an extra hour do? “I’ve got it made in the shade"- Good job, women, and an Escalade! He knows our level of understanding too. When God says “yes” then it’s right. When God says “no” don’t stubbornly fight! Satan tries to pervert God’s will. He’ll say “you’re sick” when God says "you're healed". He’ll tell you to move when God says “Be still." He’ll convince you to lie, to cheat, and to kill! Jesus calls him the "Father of lies." Behind the good is where he likes to hide. He draws his victims with beautiful things, And then destroys them with his evil sting! Be vigilant and Be aware! Guard your soul like a momma bear! The "I" in me desires to be seen. The "I" in me throws fits and screams The "I" in me seeks the highest place. The "I" in me has a two-sided face. The "I" in me is immature. The "I" in me is not kind and pure. The "I" in me wants to have its own way- The "I" won't submit to God and obey. The "I" in me lacks self-control. The "I" in me hates the narrow road. The "I" in me has no true joy. The "I" in me will kill and destroy. Me, myself, and I Me, myself, and I Self-centered, self-righteous Self-sufficient, self condemning Me, myself, and I Me, myself, and I I brag, I curse I manipulate, I'm first! The "I" in me will hold a grudge. The "I" is an unrighteous judge. The "I" in me hates sacrifice- It despises the cross and Jesus Christ. The "I" in me will fake unity. The "I" doesn't care about diversity. The "I" in me promotes itself- It doesn't 'give a hoot' about anyone else. The "I" always stands alone. The "I" lives in a world of its own. The "I" will say "I got your back" and desert you when the enemy attacks. It's the "I" in me that has to die. "I" is the center of every lie. It's the "I" that has to be crucified. "I" is the center of sin and pride. The I in me admits no mistakes The I in me doesn't give; I take! The I in me refuses to die The I in me is fearful and shy! The I in me pats itself on the back The I in me will quickly attack The I in me likes comfort zones The heart of I is hard like stone!
