    18 APR 2024 · In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to find your inner peace and tranquility within yourself. I know it has been a minute since I’ve been doing my podcast. But tomorrow I have two procedures that I have to do, so I decided to do both of my podcasts before I have the procedures done tomorrow. I will be talking about that as far as my inner peace and tranquility that I found within myself. How I went about doing that as far as finding the peace within them also? going into detail as far as why I’ve been gone for so long. What’s going to happen when I officially come back as far as this podcast is concerned? And what direction I’m going to be taking this podcast into when I return full-time? A lot has happened since I’ve been gone. So I wanted to give you guys an update on what’s been going on as far as my health and wellness is concerned. And the journey that I am currently on when it comes to health and wellness. but I have appreciated you guys for supporting me since I’ve been gone. And I want to take the time to just say thank you for holding me down since I’ve been gone. Because without you guys, there’s absolutely no me.I would be nothing without you guys. you have no idea how much I appreciate you guys even taking time even listen to my podcast. I am truly appreciative and thankful for that. I can’t wait to come back full-time after these two procedures to continue giving you guys.

    17 MAR 2024 · In this episode, I’m gonna talk about how to go about Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility through recovery. And to give you a little context of what I mean by that is when you are going through a lot of negative things, and you’re trying to figure out how and why they are happening to you. And you’re trying to deal with the trauma, devastation, anxiety, depression, and chaos of these negative situations that you dealt with due to negative people, and how to go about moving on from these past situations that have held you back from your greatness? And and also how to go about trying to find your way out of the rabbit hole that is the chaos and destruction as far as these negative people have caused in your life due to negative situations that you had to endure because of them? And how do you move on, as far as Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility in order to be a better person in your present and future? To the point where you’re not repeating the same mistakes over and over again. And you are now able to figure out the root cause of how you got off your path, purpose, and journey in the first place. Learning from your mistakes for the past, healing from those situation from your past, working on bettering yourself so you won’t attract the same people that are causing the negative things in your life, elevating, evolving, growing, and maturing into a better person for yourself, and the new people that will be coming into your life. Because by becoming a better person, you will receive all the blessings that God has been holding on to because of the negative people that are using and taking advantage of you. So this is gonna be a very interesting conversation on this podcast so I hope you guys will learn something from this situation when it comes to recovery spiritually.

    18 FEB 2024 · In this episode, I’m gonna be talking about how I was listening to Pastor Michael Todd from Transformation Church, and how he talked about the fact that people do not own the vision that God has placed in your hands. And that really spoke to me because I’m one of those people that is trying to figure out now what God is putting in my hands as far as the vision that I supposed to do as a godly person to help people. And it took me a while to figure out what vision God has in store for me as far as what I’m supposed to do in this world to help people. And today it just hit me that is meant for me to be a life coach, doing podcasting, and writing books about how to truly recover based upon God’s way of recovering. It had me to the point that I was in tears. But I’m glad I got a chance to see this today. it’s amazing how the situation that I went through going after a sex cult has got me into a place now where I am actually a life coach helping people when it comes to recovery from multiple different facets of situations and people. So, I hope this podcast inspires you the way he inspired me today at church. And also why I have been gone for so long. But I appreciate all of you for supporting me through this journey of my medical condition. And still rocking with me despite it. Without you guys, there is no me. I will be nothing without you. So thank you guys so much for supporting me. I am truly blessed and humbled.

    4 FEB 2024 · In this episode, I wanna talk about how to go about Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility through finding your way back to God, or whatever name that you call the higher power. This is not a mess just for Christians only. This message is for anyone regardless of what religion that you practice, or what spirituality that you are. Lot of us have always been godly people that were trying to do the right thing. But like Alice in Wonderland, we lost our way by following a rabbit, a.k.a. negative people into Wonderland. A world that was that was full of negativity, chaos, destruction, trauma, depression, anxiety, illnesses, diseases, and multiple other things that have held us back from our greatness because we followed the rabbit down the rabbit hole. And the only way that we really can get out of this insanity, and chaotic world is to find a way back to the Cheshire cat a.k.a. the higher power. And even though the higher power tells us multiple times not to follow the rabbits down the rabbit hole, we end up following them anyway just because we’re curious about what other people are doing. So in this episode, I’m gonna be talking about how to go from being lost to being found when it comes to going from following the ways of man to following the ways of God. This one’s gonna be interesting.

    30 JAN 2024 · In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to go about Finding Your Inner Peace And Tranquility in a world of chaos and destruction. When I think about this particular topic, I think about Alice in Wonderland. Alice was sitting alone by herself, when all of a sudden she saw this rabbit running, saying I’m late I’m late for a very important date. Her, following the rabbit down the rabbit hole to Wonderland without any hesitation, because she saw that the rabbit dropped his watch, and she wanted to return it. But I think it’s a little bit more than just wanting to return the watch. I think it’s more about the curiosity of where the rabbit was going. And even though she had no idea where she was going, or what she left behind, she was determined to get to the rabbit, one way or another. And where she ended up in is what today’s topic is going to be about Wonderland. When you go through negativity and overcome it, how do you not return back to the same chaos and destruction that you just got to dealing with? and how do you find your inner peace and tranquility through the chaos, destruction, and trauma that you went through in a negative situation dealing with negative people? And is this today no different than Wonderland? Let’s find out shall we.

    21 JAN 2024 · In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to find your inner peace and tranquility through tuning out the world. As well as not being a part of society standards. A lot of us are consumed with social media, our cell phones, computer, laptops to the point that we can’t even go to bed Without waking up in the next morning and picking up our phones. Sometimes we need to tune out the world and just enjoy the peace and quiet. That is not of the world or society standards in order to keep our sanity. Sometimes our brains can be very much overworked to the point that we’re having anxiety to the point of overworking our brains. Anxiety can be mental and psychological as well as physical internally. I suffer from physical anxiety when it comes to internal health because of my throat. So I’m gonna be discussing how by tuning out the world as far as social media, TVs, the negativity And society standards, you will have a very better life. You’ll be a lot happier, knowing that you’re not focusing on all of the things that everybody else is focusing on. And doing all of the things that everybody else is doing. You’ll finally find your own identity as far as who you are, what you want to do, how you want to be treated, and respected, and what you want and need in life.

It just seem like social media has just become addiction when it comes to lowering your attention spans. Just a negative things that are being said that people are actually consuming and acknowledging is beyond bizarre to me. I remember when there wasn’t any social media how the world was so different than it is now. Everything now is social media. And it’s to the point that people can’t even live without their phones. The first thing people do when they get up in the morning is picking up their phones. So today I just want to talk about the fact that I was admitted into the hospital on Sunday. And I am planning to do things very differently when it comes to my day-to-day life forward

    7 JAN 2024 · On this episode, I’m going to be discussing why godly people are not supposed to be a part of the world based upon the Bible. How you can be in the world, but not being a part of the world what happens when people end up becoming a part of the world? what happens when you become a part of the world. Why people do not need to be a part of the world that are never going to be accepted, valued or appreciate it for what you bring to the world? There are a lot of people that try to be a part of something that they shouldn’t be a part of in the first place. Being around people that you really have nothing in common with. These people don’t really want you around, but they want what you can do for them. They only want what you can give them. There are a lot of people in jail, and alive, broken, traumatized, abused, neglected, and so much more due to dealing with people they should’ve never dealt with in the first place. And in 2024 we have to stop trying to be a part of things that we shouldn’t even be a part of in the first place.

So now the question is, what do we believe in now? Now the question is, how do we go about teaching ourselves what we feel is right for us when it comes to our health and wellness, mental health, spiritual well-being, emotional intelligence, critical, thinking, common sense, and common judgment? It’s amazing how many people have impacted and affected our lives when it comes to what we consume and acknowledge to the point that it has made millions of people unhealthy. I also put this on my other podcast as well, because overall health and wellness, and inner peace and tranquility, go hand-in-hand when it comes to how we live our lives for the better

    17 DEC 2023 · In this episode, I’m gonna be discussing how to find your inner peace and tranquility, through being alone with yourself and God. A lot of us want to be accepted by the world. And we worry too much about what other people have to say and think when it comes to society standards, as far as whether you fit society, standards, or not. I’m not one of these people that want to fit society standards. So I’m OK with just being myself. But it took me being alone with God and myself to get to that place where i’m accepting myself flaws and all. I have imperfections, and I have learned to turn them into strengths. Every day I try to stay away from negative people in situations that are going to mess up my inner peace, and tranquility. I’m gonna talk about a movie that my mom is watching, that kinda made me get on this topic. and how is not always a good idea to be in groups? Because you don’t know how these groups really feel about you. And what their true intentions are when it comes to for you.

You're not basing yourself on what other peoples opinions are. Nor are you basing yourself on what everybody else look like, or what someone else has. Nor are you worried about what other people are doing in their lives. You are only focusing on yourself. How to be in a world full of chaos, and still keep your sanity, peace, is your peace, quiet, and tranquility? It's also about helping people to rebuild their self esteem, selfworth, self value, self confidence confidence, and believe in yourself even when no one else does. It's also about your consciousness and subconsciousness. You opening your third eye, spiritual growth, awakening, and awareness. This podcast is pretty much about your spirituality, mental, emotional, and psychological psyche. You being at peace with yourself in all aspects of your life.
