26 APR 2024 · This week, Tom, Tony and Rich start off discussing the wildest upset in recent boxing history as Ryan Garcia dismantled Devin Haney in their fight last Saturday. We also look at what's next for both fighters. We continue on with the boxing schedule and other results from last week before moving on to recapping the third PFL event of the 2024 season. Then we preview UFC on ESPN's latest installement set for this weekend. 

13 APR 2024 · Rich shares his picks for UFC 300. Tony describes his recent attendance at Wrestlemania. Tom, TOny and Rich recap boxing results and preview upcoming action. We also discuss the raising of the bonus money for UFC 300 to $300,000 per winning fighter. Four awards will be presented, so on top of a stacked card there is a great incentive for these fighters to go all out. 

29 MAR 2024 · This week Tom, Tony and Rich recap Tony's Spring Training trip to Florida, and then we get into recapping the fights. We review some biting controversy on last weekend's UFC card and talk about all the winners and losers. Rich also gives his betting advice for this weekend's UFC card featuring another headlining female fight. We do a news roundup and recap last week's boxing action before tearing into a stacked weekend of boxing matches on just about every network that covers boxing. 

19 MAR 2024 · This week we continue to discuss the Boxing match between Jake Paul and Mike Tyson, recap a great UFC event from last week and preview upcoming events. 

4 MAR 2024 · This week Tom, Tony and Rich break down the weekly combat sports news and recap last weekend's big events. We also look ahead to the coming week ahead.

28 JAN 2024 · This week Tom is back with us and we discuss a very entertaining UFC 297 card. We also recap all the boxing action from the last week. Tony gives us lots of good reasons to go out and buy a Metaquest 3 for boxing training as well.

20 JAN 2024 · This week Rich and Tony fly solo with Tom Padgett off. We get into boxing results and the upcoming schedule first and then dive into the UFC 297 card. Rich is picking Strickland to win by knockout or decision in the main event. Listen in to find out what his other picks are.

23 SEP 2023 · Tom, Tony and Rich are all back together this week to recap boxing and UFC action and preview upcoming events. Rich breaks down his betting picks for today's UFC event and talks about his lone win from last week on a Roman Kopylov 2nd round KO. Last week's UFC main event had some controversy as well. There was a peculiar 10-8 final score on one judge's card for Alexa Grasso in the final round, solidifying the draw that will force a trilogy fight between the two top females in the division. We also look forward to another boxing rematch this week at heavyweight with Joyce vs. Zhang. We also take the time to recap last week's boxing action.

15 SEP 2023 · This week Rich and Tom are without the services of Tony "The Tornado" Penecale. As an avid Eagles fan he was pre-occupied with the NFL tonight. Tom and Rich took the time to fully analyze what Sean Strickland as a belt-holder means for the UFC as a whole. We break down his performance and discuss "championship fatigue" as a likely cause of Izzy's downfall. We then break down the whole card from last Saturday and preview this weekend's rematch of Alexa Grasso versus Valentina Shevchenko. Rich discusses his betting strategy for that entire card and analyzes his fight picks as well. Tom and Rich then discuss the results from last week's boxing action and the upcoming events scheduled for the weekend.

1 SEP 2023 · This week we feature a special interview with Boxing Ref Harvey Dock, fresh off a masterful performance in the Spence vs. Crawford fight. We discuss the breaking news of Spence exercising his rematch clause live on the show. Harvey takes us through his career as a referee and tells us how he got into boxing at a young age. We also discuss his favorite fighters and plenty more. We also take care of some event recaps and previews and congratulate Tony on a perfect prediction in the Usyk fight. Tony called the correct round of the stoppage on last week's show.
