Leadership is an excellent tool for the advancement and prosperity of an individual, family, group, team, community, organization, and nation at large. Wrong leadership will undoubtedly produce the wrong people, societies, and nations. When a low-mind-set leader leads a team of upgraded or higher-mind-set people, the results are always poor. When a higher-minded leader leads a group of lower-minded people, the outcome is undoubtedly better.
Leadership is never corrupt; it is the people who hold positions or portfolios that are corrupt. A corrupt mind will undoubtedly produce a corrupt output.
