I Have Been A Drowning Man

I have been a drowning man
In a pond full of crocodiles,
and you know what I have been here for a long time
not just a short while.
I have reached out with my hand for help so many times
and there is never anyone to take it.
To ileveate my pain and also
to help me though my hard times and the cold rain
Even if I see them just over the beyond.
It's must not be too much effort on their part
they just don't care to help me
It's obvious
and you know what ?
that's just fine.
My crockadile wife is content
But not me,
I need to vent.
If anyone has ever asked me for help I have bent over
backward for them,
time and time again
It's all about selfishness.
What I have seen is this
The world goes around me in turbulence
and a hiss
They see that I'm very content
So they naturally are jealous of me
Some people are the worse
They think themselves righteous,
but they are really like a curse
They do not see the blackness in their souls
like a pox upon the land
Not only what they can put into their greedy mouths,
they are the gluttons that's for sure
It's the only thing that they are concerned with
I hope they choke on their food
Since they do not have a bit of heart to help or anyone at all
not a care for anyone else
It's ok
Im better than them
If it's all the same.
