A Night In Hell

In the deep of the soul of a dark night,
Something calls me, in a deep, soft voice
What does it want?
I look at the clock and it has dead stopped
I'm so afraid,
This night has turned creepy and I don't know why
Perhaps I have fallen into some kind of a laird.
I feel like I'm floating in warm air.
Now I have to struggle for my piece of mind,
It's a little bit past a spooky midnight
I will be restless
At least until the sunrise.
So many hours that are wasted,
I should do a bit more of this contemplation.
I'm struggling for my peace of mind,
Not realizing that it will come in due time.
Old scary moon, why do you look at me so,
You have been up there for so very long.
There are even cultures
That have prayed for you.
It's very well known
You must also get lonely like us down here below.
You luminescent light,
Give's off a soft glow.
To help us cope with all of our woes,
Your eyes have seen so very much.
It must make you sad when you see us here messing up.
Some day I feel like I'm drowning in a sea of misery,
Won't you help me just to get a bit more free?
I think you can very well see this
I'm going back to sleep right now,
In the morning you will be gone.
Thank you so much for all your help,
In the wee hours just before the sunrise
Looking forward to our next day,
I hope it will be happy one I dare say.
