  • The Power Of Expectation

28 JUL 2016 · Expectation creates hope - a longing for something new, for a better life, a better job, a better environment etc..Without expectation, it is difficult to prepare and plan. A woman expecting a baby goes about buying kid's clothing in preparation for her yet unborn child. In today's podcast, the Lord encouraged us on the need to be expectant. We looked at the life of the crippled man at the Beautiful Gate (Acts 3:1-10) who gazed intently at Peter and John, EXPECTING to RECEIVE and how he encountered a life-transforming experience. There are nuggets of wisdom in today's podcast that will help someone who is on the verge of losing hope to know that regardless of how hopeless the situation may look, God brings beauty out of crippleness but He expects us to be expectant. When we are expectant, we trust the Giver regardless of how bad it looks. Get ready, your miracle is about to be birthed. Listen and be expectant.

  • Does God Still Love Me?

28 JUL 2016 · Last night I told my children a story of a very good King who ruled over many realms and in one of the realms, the people rebelled against the King claiming their need to be independent knowing fully well that rebellion is punishable by death. When the King sat in judgement, He did an amazing thing, he gave up His son to be killed instead of this rebellious people. Then I asked them the question: "what motivated the King to behave like this?" Hands flew up and the answers came - " I don't know", "why would he do that?", "The King is emotional".. and so on until finally we arrived at the answer: LOVE. One of them put it aptly: "It is the sacrifice of love". LOVE. What is it?John 3:16 tells of the depth of God's love to the world (not just to believers but the entire world) in giving up His Son for a rebellious world. You know the story. You have been told countless time at every Christmas and Easter period. But what does that mean in reality to you? When (not if) you go through trial and persecution, we may have the tendency to think God has abandoned us or He does not care or worse that He does not answer prayers. Well, today using Romans 8:26-39, we explained that: God is for us, God will never condemn us, Holy Spirit prays for us, God works all things out for our good, God knew us ahead of time, God pre-destinated us, God called us, God justified us, God glorified us and that NOTHING shall separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus. Remember, when you look at that situation in the eyes of God, there is ALWAYS a way out. God loves you:

  • Identity crisis - who stole my Identity?

3 MAR 2016 · Many times we forget what our real identity is. Who we really are. Wehen we do this, we open ourselves to lack, manipulation and control. We become less than what we have been created to be. This does not need to be so. A heart persuaded about who he is does not need to perform to become. Join me as we expound this
