4 JAN 2021 · Egan UMC, officially closed this past year. However on Christmas eve the church was open for members of the community to view the newly renovated building. The building is being refreshed and managed for the community to use, by life-long member, LiAnne Larson, and her husband, Richard Maher. he 110-year-old building will open to the public during the holiday season. On Christmas Eve, from noon to 10 p.m., the church's new owners are opened the doors for community members to take a look inside. They renovated the building's outside and readied the sanctuary with holiday decorations and treats to welcome home families who have worshipped there for years.
