We spoke to Kindergarten through 12th graders, who quite brilliantly articulate their appreciation for the time and dedication teachers put into this really tough work that we do. 19 JAN 2018 · Sure, you can go buy store bought Valentines for your child and be done with it, but at Community School of Davidson, educators have developed a more meaningful tradition that has students writing poems for each of their classmates beginning in Kindergarten. Learn more about this tradition and how it got started as Shane and Jen talk to CSD administrator and founding teacher, Leslie Tomko.

Shane and Jen explore this topic with student athletes, Cade and Emily, along with Jay Martin, who helps with our athletics program at Community School of Davidson.
