Host - Darla Stuart, QMAP ACADEMYMeet Stephanie JamesStephanie James is a parent advocate and mother to an autistic daughter, Danielle. Danielle was intelligent, sensitive, kind, caring, beautiful, with a wonderful wit. Sadly she passed in 2018 from medical neglect, because no one recognized how ill she was. Her life can be a lesson for those in the medical field to learn how to listen better, care more, and respect the autistic individual. Stephanie will share a short version of Danielle's life of trying to get medical professionals to understand Danielle's health needs.
