The best way to visualise your Circle of Influence is to draw a circle in which you write every action that you can think of to influence. for example, global warming, such as 'recycling'.
Now draw a wider, larger ring around that circle, and you write in that circle things that you cannot influence, like the weather.
So, the inner ring contains the things you Do have control, influence over, and the larger, outer ring contains aspects that you Do Not have control over, so they are out of your circle of influence.
This is a very useful method to help solves problems and realise when you might need to ask for help and can work well with seeing problems from a different perspective.
