Here are a few tips on how to trust God through hard times: 1. **Spend time in prayer and Bible study.** When we spend time in prayer and Bible study, we are reminded of God's promises and His faithfulness. We also learn more about who He is and how He loves us. This can help us to trust Him even when things are tough. 2. **Talk to God about your struggles.** God is always willing to listen to us, even when we are feeling angry, scared, or confused. He wants us to come to Him with our problems and ask for His help. 3. **Look for evidence of God's work in your life.** Even in the midst of hard times, God is still working. He is often working through the people around us or through the circumstances of our lives. When we look for evidence of God's work, it can help us to trust Him more. 4. **Remember that God is in control.** Even when things seem out of control, God is still in control.
