24 OCT 2015 · On this episode, C.V.Akuta discusses the need for the Igbos not to wait for the federal government to fix Imo and Enugu Airports, rather for them to contribute,raise funds, pull resources together etc and fix these airports.Thereafter, they can approach the federal government for reimbursements. 28 AUG 2015 · Last PMB's appointment yesterday (27/8/15), has been generating so much comments on the media. What should matter is, can the appointees deliver on their terms of service to the people. I want federal character principle abolished. I have written about it several times. People should wait till he finishes his appointments and see if he has not complied with the federal character principle.

Mbachu, a lecturer at the department of political science and defence studies, Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Kaduna, was a guest on C.V.Akuta Radio Show, Leicester-UK, today 1/11/14. He shared his views on the practical ways to combat insecurity in Nigeria. First, he identified poverty as the main causes of insecurity. He opined that poverty rate in Nigeria is simply too much. He touched on the regional coloration of insecurity in Nigeria. The solution to insecurity, will begin, when the government becomes serious with providing jobs. He spoke on other critical issues.

27 OCT 2014 · “Men of God, men of rape” how genuine are some of these men of God? Rape cases committed by them have been on the increase. That aside, divorce cases have also taken a rise amongst men of God. Pastors Christ Oyahkilome and Christ Okotie readily come to mind. At the last count, Pastor Christ Okotie has divorced two women. Odumegwu Onwumere, a poet, writer and investigative journalist, compiled a list of media reported cases of rape amongst some men of God. See his write up below.
