An avid collaborator, Amanda recently co-created C-Suite, a DNA-driven holistic health and wellbeing executive program in the United Kingdom with Celynn Morin. Her cutting-edge work in nutritional genomics has fostered institutional and corporate consulting for a variety of international innovators, including Sodexo (USA) and Hawkins Watts (New Zealand). Her work with Sodexo resulted in the successful launch of the first nutrigenomically-inspired menu to be offered to inpatients, guests, and hospital staff at Sharp Healthcare, San Diego. Amanda is a member of the Scientific Advisory Board for the newly formed Institute For Nutrigenomic Medicine, Australia. She is the author of the book Genomic Kitchen: Your guide to using and inderstanding then food-gene connection for a life time of health.

  • Bioregulators: The regenerative power of peptides.

    5 OCT 2023 · As the name implies, bioregulators are natural substances in our body that attempt to return our systems back to a healthy state of biological equilibrium. They participate in tissue repair by interacting with our cellular DNA directly and accelerating the process of protein synthesis Russian peptide technology was founded during the Cold War years- to help protect elements of the then Soviet forces. What their secret research uncovered - that was used for two decades on many thousands of men and women - was a remarkable link between short chain peptides and DNA. Now their published research is in the open and it identifies that each organ / gland / tissue uses a highly specific short chain peptide to act as a short cut to initiate protein synthesis. These peptides can be found in food and unlike proteins they can enter the blood through the stomach. Through a comprehensive list of patents and even copyrighted PowerPoint slides, the Russian research group are showing that each of the concentrated peptide bioregulators so far examined interact with particular strands of DNA - effectively and very specifically activating repair and regenerative processes.
