Child support issues: parents not showing up for court will have an ad placed in there local paper to locate them. If there is no response within 30 days a warrant will be issued for their arrest. So many times it's costing the child support agency and the other parent tons of money to try to locate the absent parent. Option 1 SKIRTING CHILD SUPPORT SYSTEM 2. The other parent working under the table and cashing checks at local check cashing centers. We need a system in place that prevents the paying parent from taking their paychecks to local check cashing companies. There by skirting the system and not paying. This way they have to take it down to the child support office for approval and they must pay what they owe to there child. This would help eliminate not having to be on welfare Option 2 CHILD SUPPORT HIDDEN INCOME 3. If you are under a court order to pay child support then the child support division will have the authority to be able to pull up your assets, your banking information and taxes to be sure your paying the correct amount of child support for your child/children with out the other parent having to file. So many parents who have been threatened and abused are made to sign child support agreements that won't hold up! With this in place welfare won't be paying for the parents of children who can afford to pay for there children. Option 3 LANDLORD TENANT PROTECTION LAW 4. Rentals need an agency that landlords must pay into if they are renting their houses a walk through on property prior to them renting out making sure of the property condition before renting and walk through after the tenants move out landlords are constantly taking Dept and never giving back by telling lies. Tenants not receiving there Dept causes tenants to go homeless and on welfare! The fee the landlords must pay this agency around $300-$500 if they don't do inspections and then it's illegal to rent and first fine of 1,500 second 5,000 this will stop the issues of landlords taken advantage of tenants and tenants destroying property if tenants destroy property they will be fined for the cost of repaired damage. Rentals need an outside agency that landlords are required to hire legit (Rental Inspector) which are not associated with either the Landlord nor the Tenant. Their duty will be to walk through the property prior to renting out and after the tenants moves, documenting property's condition on each occasion. Landlords are constantly taking deposits and never refunding by telling lies. Tenants not receiving their deposits causes tenants to go homeless and on welfare! The (Rental Inspector) is designed to protect bothe parties with a thorough inspection & make sure deposits are handled according. The (Rental Inspector) will also hold a Rental Inspector's liscense or certificate for proof of legitimacy. They will also have some form of construction classes, cost must be up to code. Option 4 PARENT ALIENATION/ PARENTAL BLOCKING 5. Parent alienation must become illegal. Too many bad divorces has ended where one parent will turn children against the other parent. They will make false allegations costing our police and child services thousands of dollars. When false allegations are proved in divorce conflict the parent found guilty will be ordered to pay court fees, fined $1,000 - $1,500 for every year passed,, charged with a felony, along with a felony charge. Parent alienation is child abuse. When parents do so they must have to pay counseling for the family, restitution to the child and to the other parent. Option 5 1099 LAW 6. 1099 contractors in all fields need labor agency help no different than employees wrongful terminations result in employee not being able to be paid and making everyone struggle and unable to feed there families 1099 contractors can bring proof of the wrongful terminations and the owner will have to pay ether restitution or contract remainder price. Everyone’s involved must get paid as they all lost ability for work! Option 6 SEXUAL COERCION 7. 1099 contractors can no longer be sexually harassed or abused by owners or bosses Option 7 MANDATORY PAY INCRESE 8. Pay rates must increase as the rent rates keep going up. The epidemic in poverty keeps getting worse as pay rates are not keeping up with the rents. 40,000 homeless in LA alone! There has been no minimum pay in crease since 2009. Mandatory pay increase every 5yrs. We should be at a minimum $12.00 pay rate as of 2018. Option 8 BULLYING FELONY 9. When someone contacts someone or post on websites false allegations without concrete proof the person was guilty. It’s Felony charge with a $5,000 - $10,000 fine. Option 9 CHILD ABANDONMENT 10. Children being abandon by a spouse who had wanted and was caring for the child while married. Or the removal of their name after statue of limitations has expired with the states. When a stepparent takes on the role of an absent bilogical parent they should be responsible for visitaions of all the children that the stepparent fulfilled. No Children should be abandon due to dissolving a marriage. (whether it be by emotionally or financially) The parent will be charged with child abdonment which will be a felony due to the mental abuse it causes along wiht a fine $100 a month for each child the parent is absent until the child turns 18 years of age. The abandoned parent will not be allowed to purchase assets until the fines are paid to a trust fund for the individual child. Once the child turns 25 years the trust fund will be released to them.

Stalking is behavior wherein an individual willfully and repeatedly engages in a knowing course of harassing conduct directed at another person, which reasonably and seriously alarms, torments, or terrorizes that person. Stalking involves one person's obsessive behavior toward another person. Initially, stalking will usually take the form of annoying, threatening, or obscene telephone calls, emails or letters. The calls may start with one or two a day but can quickly increase in frequency. Stalkers may conduct covert surveillance​ of the victim, following every move his/her target makes. Even the victim's home may be staked out. Many will stop after they have been arrested, prosecuted, and/or convicted. Unfortunately, laws do not stop most stalkers. Studies of stalkers indicate that they stop when their target is no longer available to them, or they find someone else to harass. Stalking: Safety and ResistanceStalking Video Here are some strategies that might help you fight back and regain some control of your life: Notify the stalker to stop: Your attorney or you can send a registered letter to the stalker stating that he/she must stop the behavior immediately. Notify law enforcement: Request that law enforcement agencies log your complaint each time you call whether they respond or not. Request a copy of the report. Obtain a Protective Order: You will need to go to court to get a criminal warrant and then file for a protective order. While the stalker may not respect the order, the police are required to make an arrest if the order is violated. Document everything: Record any information that you or any witnesses can provide. Tell everyone: Give friends, neighbors, coworkers and family members a description of the stalker. Ask them to watch for him/her, document everything listed above and give you a written account for your records. Take pictures: When you see the stalker, try to take a photo or videotape if it's safe to do so. Press charges: Call the police each time the stalker breaks a law. The stalker should be arrested, bonded, and then released. Request that one of the terms of the bond be that the stalker may not have any contact with ​you at all. Obtain copies of all documents and the name of the arresting officer. Save all communications: Save and date all cards, letters, notes, envelopes, e-mails, and taped messages on your telephone answering machine that are from the stalker. Keep all legal documents: Obtain copies of protective orders, court orders, etc. Make it hard to track you down: Alter travel routes and routines. Obtain a post office box. Give your address and phone number to as few people as possible. Inform professional organizations that they are to provide no one with information about you. Post a No Trespassing sign on the edge of your property where it is clearly visible. Report any threatening calls to the telephone company. Report to the FBI all threats sent by mail. If you move: Don't ask the post office to forward your mail. 1 MAR 2019 · 2nd Part Of Parental Alienation and Parental Blocking! Stockholm Syndrome is caused by a trauma based defensive response to events which are beyond one’s control. In rejected parents, the experience of having your children removed from you, (often right from under your nose) and the experience of knowing that this has been caused by the dysfunctional behaviours of the other parent, is a sufficient trigger to cause the psychologically split state of mind. In some parents the split state of mind causes rage towards the alienating parent, in others it causes passivity and a desire to placate. Being trauma bonded to the person who is abusing their child becomes a very strong defensive mechanism for some parents, who will continue, even in the face of consistent evidence to the contrary, to believe that an abusive parent might change. In our work we see many parents who continue to believe, long after those with a healthy mindset would be able to, that the other parent might change. This is a particular group of rejected parents who are almost always men. On interview and further investigation, these fathers are those whose children have been systematically removed from them by the mother of their children, often before the family separation occurred. Common themes in the landscape of the lives of these men are physical and emotional abuse at the hands of their ex partner and an inability to speak to others about what has happened to them.

Power Control / Children Suffering In Parental Alienation Syndrome, one parent brainwashes or programs the child to turn against and vilify the other parent. It is difficult for many people to understand how an alienating parent could implant information that may be directly at variance with what the child had previously believed and experienced with the now-targeted parent. I will explain the short version of how brainwashing works. Because we usually do not do original research, we learn most of what we know from others. For example, the world generally looks flat, but I have learned from others that it is round. We depend on and are vulnerable to what others give us to believe. Under certain circumstances we are very vulnerable. In a nutshell, our predisposition to incorporate the ideas of others is what makes brainwashing possible. Our dependence on what others tell us is the short and sweet explanation for the basis of brainwashing. Parental Alienation Syndrome has been described as the Stockholm Syndrome taking place on the home front. What is termed the Stockholm Syndrome can serve to illustrate how, in fact, victims can be transformed to believe they love their captors and hate those who would save them. What is STOCKHOLM SYNDROME?The syndrome is named after a bank robbery in Stockholm in 1973. Bank employees were held hostage for six days, during which the victims became emotionally attached to their captors. After they were freed from their six-day ordeal, the former hostages refused to testify against the robbers and even defended them. Research has suggested that hostages may exhibit the condition in situations that feature captors who do not abuse the victim and continued contact between the perpetrator and hostage. This condition does not result from a conscious decision or a rational choice.
