Addictions are all about a need or a desire to possess objects, engage in activities and take certain substances regularly, probably on a daily basis without fail, the word itself is of Latin origin and literally translates to ‘enslaved’, or ‘bound to’.
You can be addicted to almost anything regardless of whether it’s seen as good for you or not, but addictions of any kind are definitely not healthy.
