Rita Soman is the founder and director of Addictions & Family Counseling and Belief Mantra. After completing her masters in psychology and specialized training in alcohol and drug treatment, Rita began to recognize the limitations of the standard models to impart lasting change.

Her commitment to help people put her on a path to seek out and adopt more effective methods. Her persistence led her to PSYCH K®, developed by Robert M. Williams, a method that quickly and easily transforms limiting beliefs into empowering beliefs. Scores of Rita’s clients say they no longer feel controlled by self-limiting beliefs or negative thoughts. Indeed, freed from the chains of old thinking and behavior, her clients report a renewed sense of freedom and self-confidence.

While PSYCH K® is a core methodology in her practice, Rita’s found it has also made her other psychotherapeutic techniques even more effective.The heart of her private practice is to assist people in identifying and freeing themselves from the root causes of issues stemming from physical, emotional or addictive struggles using a proven-effective blend of methods that fundamentally reprogram the subconscious mind with empowering beliefs. A certified alcohol and drug counselor, Rita teaches PSYCH-K and has led PSYCH-K workshops across the U.S.
