Leilani Catalan has been involved with the Paranormal & Psychic Phenomena for well over 25 years. Her in-depth research began at the Parapsychology Foundation of Athens State College under the guidance of Dr. Joe H. Slate in 1984. It was this avenue that helped Leilani to better understand her experiences and to discover that she was gifted with Clairvoyant abilities. With a passion for life, compassion for people, and the desire to help others, she decided to utilize her Business Management background to form the Alabama Paranormal Society in December 2007. Since assembling APS, her Team has made many accomplishments in the short period of time since its inception, which include: Panels and Guest Speaking on Paranormal Phenomena, featured guest on Paranormal Radio shows, featured in numerous regional Newspaper articles, appeared on various News Channels such as WAAY Channel 31 and WZDX Fox 54, worked closely with TV Producers from Travel Channel and A&E for discussions on new Paranormal projects, APS team featured on "Ghosts Coast to Coast" DVD. In between these events, Leilani organizes The North Alabama Paranormal Society Meetup in Huntsville and Central Paranormal Society Meetup in Birmingham consisting of over 300 combined members that meet monthly as a way to educate those interested in the paranormal and allow them the ability to experience an investigation. - www.alabama-paranormal-society.com
