Solomonster reviews WWE Monday Night Raw for October 3rd, the final Raw before Extreme Rules rolls into Philly, and what we got was an extreme-ly underwhelming show... one that was lowlighted by interference in all but ONE match over the course of three hours. Has Vince McMahon returned wearing some sort of disguise to take back the book?
