The radio station The River, 97.3 WRVV celebrates its 25th anniversary on March 16th. Back in 2002 this radio station in Central PA went on the air promoting itself to be one of the most unique radio stations in the region and the state.
Blending a mix of "Oh Wow" songs....songs you haven't heard in years or last heard on your cassette or LP, the radio station went on to be an immediate success and today is #1 in the Harrisburg PA market.
We brought back the DJ's who were there when it started. Glenn Hamilton, Jeni Gipe and Scott Matthews sit down with me to share some memories, some behind the scenes strategy and happenings, and of course the music. Lots of fun & laughs.
