Inspiration. You have to "want" to be an inspiration to others. There is a responsibility that comes with it. You have to want to make sacrifices in your time and resources, you have to set goals, and you have to work hard. You can't be selfish. Most importantly you have to want to see the best in others and want to see them succeed. 

Ebony King is such a person. She saw a need that needed to be addressed and decided to do something about it. Elevate Her UK is a non profit organisation that provides positive advice and support to vulnerable teenage girls and young women from disadvantaged backgrounds. Ebony observed  what homeless women, teenage/single mothers, domestic abuse victims and others go through and said "I can help".
