Poland’s Iga Swiatek knows how to play a Grand Slam…. save your best till last. And that’s exactly what she did in the US Open when she beat the World No 5 Tunisia’s Ons Jabeur 6-2 7-6. The Rugby 7s World Cup Championship in South Africa saw the dominant Australian team take the crown again in a thrilling gold medal game against their arch rivals New Zealand and France denied the USA the bronze medal. And with the death of Queen Elizabeth II sporting events which will now take place on October 15.
