Well we've had some great feedback about our resident, APD… that's short for Accredited Practising Dietitian Caitlyn Henderson from Healthy Lifestyles Australia.
She's definitely not like the fun police of years gone by when eating healthy, meant saying no to everything except rabbit food,… Fortunately for all of us, Caitlin's nutritional expertise means we can stay fit and healthy and enjoy great food which is pretty good really, but during winter we're noticing many more people are worried about how they'll cope when they're stuck at home with a fridge full of food and Uber deliveries only a phone call.
