What works for you? What works for me? What are we working on? And what do we *want* to work on?

Heather knows "how" to do the work that matters, she just has a hard time sharing that part of what she does with the larger world. Amy discusses sharing the things she's working on, and accountability for new directions in life. Who gives us permission to stand up and speak, to share the things we've learned? And how do we calm down the internal fear (or monkey mind or demons...) and keep moving forward with self compassion?

Yoga and Bodywork can be beneficial in helping us to breathe through tension, reset in a moment, and find our center to be able to move again. What brings us back to that moment, that breath, and understanding the deeper things to work on in our lives? We'll get there when we get there!
