I smash my phone on the concrete every night before bed. I have an unlimited supply of cell phones.

I sleep really well except for when my bladder wakes me. Also, turn your router completely off before you go to sleep. I also get up and walk away from my computer and router several times a day and spend a lot of hours outside or in another room at the other end of the house. Our cell tower is 29 miles away from us.

The phone is over ten feet away from us when we sleep. I keep my tablet off unless we are travelling and it is in another room far away from me, too.

Our cell-phone is an LG Revere 2 flip-phone with protective cover that either comes with me in my purse (never in a pocket) or clipped to the dash board of our truck.
