Last Thursday The Sir Walter Jones Show along with Elder Rodney Lawrence Jones took you through the first half of the masterful book of Hebrews. Nobody know who wrote it, and some say possibly one of the Apostle Paul's contemporaries.. like Barnabas or Apollos, but whomever it was, blessed my socks off. The first part of Hebrews talked about the Superiority of Christ over Prophets, Moses and how his priesthood is not that of Aaron, but of a mysterious man by the name of Melchisedec. Chapter 6 being the most controversial among todays Christians, talks about the impossibility of repenting for those who have tasted of God's Holy Spirit.

Today we tackle that overly used, mostly misunderstood verse of "Forsaking not the assembling of ourselves together", for most will use this to make you feel guilty for not going to church every week (even though no church's existed then).. the saints met in their homes (Bedside Baptist).
