Sara checks in from Del Rio, Texas, on her latest trip to chronicle the humanitarian and policy crisis along our southern border caused by President Biden's open border policies. Sara explains how the Biden administration is releasing tens of thousands of migrants into the country with no court date and little chance of ever seeing them again. It's a disaster for national security and often a trafficking nightmare for the migrants

She also shares the emotional story of finding a migrant woman who collapsed near the border this week, bleeding profusely, and seemed near death until she and the authorities arrived to help.
